Exercises To Make Breasts Larger
There are exercises for small breasts to look bigger. Some people may be skeptic about this method but it certainly does improve the size of your breasts. This option is only advocated to women who do not want to go through breasts implant and wants to take the natural method.
Although this method is effective, you have to understand that the breasts augmentation in this method is not as big as your heart desires it. If your breasts are too flat or just a mere 32A, then you can not expect to have it grow into a size DD or even bigger by just doing this breasts exercise. You need to incorporate other means like breasts massage, breast enhancer cream or gel, and breasts augmentation pills.
So how can exercise improve your bust size? Doing this particular exercise improves the blood flow in your breast area, and tones your muscles underneath the breast tissues. It will also help your breasts from sagging, and giving it a firmer and fuller look.
Step 1. Stand properly on your toes, and then begin to stretch out your arms alternately, extends it as if you are reaching something above you. This exercise will help your upper body warms up its muscles and straighten out your backbone.
Step 2. Crouch forward, making your body parallel to the floor. Then you wave both hands, simultaneously as you also shake your head. This will help you relax your muscles in your chest, while it tones up your neck and back muscles. Exercises To Make Breasts Larger
Step 3. Place your palms in front of your breast, and then thrust them against each other. This particular routine will work on the muscles of your chest and arms. It will help them firm up.
Step 4. As you stand on your toes, you bring your both arms sideways to level on your shoulder. Make circles with your arms in clockwise direction. You can do ten repetitions, and then do the counterclockwise direction. This will strengthen the muscles in your breasts.
Step 5. Do push ups. This will give your chest a good shape and will taut the muscles around it. This will prevent your breast from sagging.
You can consult professional trainer for other routines that will help you augment your breast size. Certainly, there are other exercises for small breasts to look bigger. Exercises To Make Breasts Larger

If you’re already a C cup, what kind of breast implants are the best?
I’m a C cup and I have been since I was probably 11 at least. I developed really early. Also I then put on steroids and gained weight and lost it after my asthma was under control (I went from 270 to 130). So I have a lot of sagging in my breasts. They’re still the same size. There is just a lot of extra skin (I easily can pinch 2-3 inches of skin off EACH breasts). They have no shape andeven bras can’t help. Push ups don’t work because with the extra skin, it just folds in half and looks horrid. So I consulted my doctor and she said the only way to fix it is breast augmentaton/lift. I’m 16 so naturally I’d like to be able to have a decent body. I can’t wear bathing suits or anything like that not even one pieces) without the sag showing. And it’s a bad sag. Not a little sag. My nipples point downwards and I can’t even see them if I look straight down. So if you’re already a C cup, what style of implants are better? I figured I’d go to a DD to fill out the area and such. Also a lift alone isn’t goo enough because I don’t have enough fullness. It’d be useless without the implants. So any help on decisions like that? I plan to get them when I’m 18 and my parents agreed. So any experiences? What gives the best looks? Also my upper chest doesn’t have any volume either. My breast bone sticks out and then my breasts begin. From there up, it’s flat. Please help. Thanks. Also any info on lifts would be good too. Please don’t say I don’t need implants, I should accept myself, I’ll be fake, ect. Don’t post unless you’re going to answer my questions.
Cobalt, my breasts don’t have volume. I’m 5’8 so I’m tall. DDs won’t look on me like they do Pam Anderson. Also breast implant sizes are smaller than natural breast sizes. Either way, a lift alone will not give volume or fullness. It will just lift them up a tad and they will still be pretty shapeless. So why would I go through a tremendous amount of scarring from a lift and get mediocre results when I get breasts implants and get minimal scarring and get the better looking result for cheaper than the lift?
If you don’t know anything about implants, don’t answer. If you knew anything about them, you would know that breast implants sizes are not as big as natural breast sizes. I would maybe look a D but I would be a DD in size. And they don’t weigh as much as natural breast tissue. Neck and back won’t be an issue and neither will the size. I have to add volume so I would need to go at least 1-2 sizes up.
CaptainJ, your post is entirely offensive. Men like you are the reason why so many women feel like they need surgery. You’re objectifying breasts which in reality are not a vanity feature. I could really care less what men think of my breasts. I just want to look nice for myself and the people I date. I think I deserve youthful beauty like everyone else does.
Clarice, I’m not attacking anyone. I asked for information and all you people posted were that DD implants look bad. I repeatedly said that a lift would not help me and you suggest it. You yourself suggest a C implant when I’m already a C cup!
As a guy, I have to say when I see a girl with DD I get turned of fast. There is such a thing as “too big” and it makes me vomit almost every time I see it. B + C are very nice, what it sounds like is you need more of a shaping than augmentation. I find and link some pictures of what “ideal” breasts are, but I do not feel that’d be appropriate.
question about breast implants?
I was wondering something about boob jobs…
My boobs are already a 10 DD so I don’t want them any bigger, but i was wondering if there is a way to make them sit up more? By that I mean not sag as much. They don’t sag already but still I think they could sit up more a bit. Even if there is something I could do to make them more perky without surgery? Is there any kind of exercise or anything? What results will I be expecting if I did get something done to lift them up a bit without getting actual implants to make them bigger if that’s even possible?
Thank you so much.
I jizzed in my pants when I read this.
Breast Implants/Breast Lift under 18?
I’m turning 16 in January and I plan to get implants and a lift (not at 16. I’ll wait until I’m 17 or 18). I’m not doing it to look like Pamela Anderson or because I want bigger breasts. My breasts are C cups but they sag horribly. I was put on steroids for three years for asthma and the weight gain and loss has created excess skin on my breasts (they’ve always been C cups since I was in elementary school and still are). So it’s hard for me to go even to sleep without wearing a bra. I’m forced to wear one 24/7 because the sagging hurts so badly. I plan to get implants and a lift to fix the extra skin and get my breasts to stand up better. I’ll probably go to a D or DD. I’m 5’8 so that size wouldn’t look tremendous on me. I was thinking that I’d probably get sub-pectoral or full sub-muscular with smooth/round saline implants with a lollipop incision. Does this sound like a good choice? Where can I find more information? Also what are the age restrictions with parental consent? Thanks.
Also NO “be happy with yourself” or anti-plastic surgery posts. Don’t post if you won’t answer my questions. I’m going to get the implants because I’d like to have a normal looking body again.
I don’t have great skin. I have severe stretch marks all over my body and as I lose weight since I got off the steroids, my skin only sags more.
I don’t have baby fat. It’s just weight from the steroids. Also I won’t get addicted. I just want this one thing.
And I was on prednisone which is one the strongest forms of steroids. I gained 100 pounds.
I’m not stupid. I’m not getting one at 15 or 16. But my body isn’t going to grow anymore I doubt. I’ve had the same body since I was 11 or 12. Also if I’m already going to have horrible scarring from getting a lift (I’d need the most extreme kind), I might as well get implants too and make them look better.
Women with implants actually found breastfeeding easier than women who didn’t have them. There are no complications to breast feeding with implants. I don’t even plan on getting pregnant until I’m like 30 anyway so that’s over 10 years I could have nice breasts.
D cups aren’t going to be a pain for me as it would with a girl who was 5’2″. Besides I can handle it. It’s better than the feeling of the sagging breasts I have now. My breasts are constantly sore.
Like I said, I’ve had C cups since I was in elementary school. They haven’t grown bigger or smaller since. I doubt I’ll grow anymore
Women with DD cups do not look like a skank! My mom is a DD and she’s a very classy woman. I resent that and I’m sure a million other women do too. And why would I wait until I was 30? Why would I go my entire young adult life with bad looking breasts? I’d never be able to wear bikinis or tank tops. Why would I wait until I was 30? By 30, I’m not that young anymore. I’d like to enjoy having youthful looks while I’m young.
Also I’ve looked into lifts. Lifts aren’t worth the scarring. Why would I get a lift and have horrid scarring when I could get implants and a lift, have the same amount or less of scarring with ten times better results?
under the muscle implants wont help the sagging… a lift would… you need to consult a dr. and wait till at least 18 or 19 (when your body is “officially” done growing) but what ever makes you happy is fine… i (personally) see nothing wrong with making yourself feel better (just don’t get addicted)
edit:: when i say officially done growing.. i mean your body is not done…just b/c you haven’t actually seen the change doesn’t mean its not happening.. a dr. will tell you the same thing…(just maybe in a better way…) and as far as pregnancies goes its not the feeding thats the problem…your breasts will swell when you get pregnant…stretching out again and you may have to get another surgery (which i wouldn’t worry about most dr.s recommend changing implants every 10yrs anyways so it would be about time)
Nipple Placement in Breast Lift/Augmentation?
I’m thinking about getting a lift or augmentation. I was wondering if a plastic surgeon could move nipples or place and implant in a position to where my nipples will be more in the middle instead of being off to the side without having cut my nipple off? Also what’s the best way to get a breast implant inserted (ie above the muscle, behind the muscle, through the armpit, ect) when you go from a C cup to a D or DD cup? Also I read that ultrasonic therapy can help prevent Capsular Contracture. Is that true? What are some health problems that would make you a bad candidate for breast implants? Also is it better to lost weight (if you are overweight) before you have the surgery? If I got implants behind the muscle (and since I’m a C cup), would my breasts feel natural? Is it possible that sleeping on your stomach could rupture implants or will just severe injury cause this? Please post info. Thanks.
Also my nipples mostly point straight down and are probably considered to be on the underside of my breasts. Also my breasts sag because they’re very heavy.
Also are smooth implants the best or another kind? I’m getting saline implants.
Also which feels more natural: Smooth implants or textured ones?
Is there a way to lift my breasts without having cut my nipple off and have large scars?
Which is better: round or teardrop?
It’s not that I want implants in my body. I’d just actually like to have nice looking breasts. I was put on steriods and I lost a 100 pounds (my breasts sagged horribly before that but now they’re worse). If I wanted to have a horrible body, I would never have bothered to lose the weight.
I don’t have cable.
Usually I would field some of you questions – I’m an operating room nurse and have assisted with augmentations for breast cancer patients – but you just have too many questions. Go see a plastic surgeon and bring in a written list of questions.
One recommendation – do not – absolutely DO NOT – just go to the cheapest surgeon! Any person who has gone through a surgical residency can call themselves a plastic surgeon. Make sure that the person you are seeing has done a fellowship in plastic surgery and is in good standing with the national association of plastic surgeons. Ask to see photos of their past work – they should have quite a few for you to look at. You will be spending alot of money to have your surgery – so spend it wisely. Cheaper is definitely not better when it comes to stuff like this. Make appointments with a few doctors and talk to them all about what you want done.
Good luck!
